Summer is coming (whohooo) & Mr Sun is returning from holiday (whoohoo), so bring out the wedges, the sunglasses & the ice cream & lets head to the beeaachh!!!. (...or, the sea side, whatever makes yuh happy -- but honestly though, its times like these when i wish i was laying in the hot sand back home (Africa)).
Ok. on the serious note, summer is coming & ive been longing for the sun, i love sunglasses so now am on a mission to find the perfect ones.
I have been (blessed, some may call it) with like SUPER BUSHY eyebrows, & allhamdulillah i aint touched them, but gosh ive tried everything to get them coverd & sunglasses just seem like the perfect solution. So, yuh can kinda c my problem, i mean its really hard to find sunglasses that cover your eyebrows without making you look like a bug!!

Ok. So lets leave the eyebrow thing for a minute and think about the types of glasses that suits the type of face. I have a round face, which means that my jawline aint defined or whatever (perfect combo aint it? bushy eyebrows & a round face..great.)
So ive been doing some reseach and apparently round faced girls should stay away from round frames. We need straight lines to counteract the curves. So basically we need to be looking at rectangular or square fames. mhmh. that seems pretty resonable i guess.

Not bad. & they seem to cover the eyebrows.
So now i just need luck in this mission ( or a brain, i min it aint that hard is it?). Second, i loove the way sunglasses look on hijabies. Well, when they wear it right anyway. Here are some of my fave ones.

p.s i st realised that in my yummy mummy post, the sunglasses are rectangular atc, so yuh can look at them pics too

I have a round face too and can never find sunglasses that I like. Thanks for posting this now I know to try square frames!
Oversized sunglasses, which are generally larger for the face, come in bright colors and colored lenses. However, big sunglasses have become a rage world over as they cover the eyes fully, leaving no scope for ultra-violet rays entering the eyes.
ur welcome [my gateway]
& [fashion sunglasses]...covering all the eyes is gud ryt?. i min its gud that ultra-violet rays cant enter right? or are we meant to have a little bit of light touching our eyes.?
gaaahhh i have the eyebbrows problem too. they're not overtly bushy [i dont pluck/shape them in anywway so i have this paranoia lol] but i find it hard to find a pair of sunglasses that wont clash with my eyebrows :S know what i mean?
i have a long face, so maybe round framed ones for me?
lol thank god am not alone
but if u have a long face
it says
"With a long face it is best to wear a rectangular frame to add width and help balance out the length of your face. A low bridge on the sunglasses may also hep shorten the length of your nose"
So i guess its the same with cirlce faces
& if yuh search like "long faces sunglasses", all the longed face celebrities r wearing rectangular framed ones
